Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio - Email Workflow Trigger Not Working

Within Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio the email triggering feature is not working.

Following this guide: https://blogs.oracle.com/fusioncoe/email-trigger-in-workflow-agents, the credential is configured as a trigger on an agent. The agent team has been published. I have checked the scheduled jobs logs, there is nothing obvious being run every five minutes. The folder on the email side has been created called "Test_Inbound" (as per the folder defined in the Oracle connection details). There is an email waiting to be read in this folder. On the Microsoft side, the email connection api has full advanced Read/Write Access.

Any guidance to get this fixed would be greatly apricated.
