we are planning to dump different source files into ADW for processing the same files into AHCS,what is best possible approach of achieving this using Oracle FDI, OIC/ODI, which one would be cost efficientefficient considering FDI is in place.

If you want to extract from FDI's ADW and load to AHCS, you might want to ask for AHCS's perspective on this. The AHCS community forum is here.
FDI could be used to extract from the AHCS database using one of the connections described here
