OAS Client Tools 2025/2026 Certification on Windows Server 2022/2025

The latest server, per the certification matrix, that the OAS client tools are certified on is Windows 2019, which is 7 years old now. We would like to upgrade to a newer windows server version, such as 2022 or 2025 but can't at the moment.
