Hi, can someone help me in figuring out, some default agents like Invoke triage ai agent is not available inside my service center administration>productivity>add/manage workflow - may I know to enable this and how to add custom agents in the workflow.

I suspect you are in the wrong place…
Your question is about AI Agents inside your Fusion application, right?
If yes, then you should visit Cloud Customer Connect, a parallel and independent, forum:
It covers all the Fusion products, plus few other cloud apps. It should therefore also cover your questions about AI agents inside Fusion.
Or are you using AIDP?
