Hi,

How to share the OBIEE report with specific users.

I have done the following steps but it shows for all users

1.Created a Sub folder under Shared Folder.

2.Created a Sample Report under Sub folder.

Now my question is how to restrict to invisible that report for all the Users and need to share for specific Users only.. Please help on this..

Hi

By default in the catalog folder if an application role is not given the access then it wont have access. Read a bit on how the permissions work in the link below:
