Shipment Summary AI Assistant in OTM

Hi Team,

"No Fusion AI endpoints are available." message is displayed on the AI assistant workbench pane, when trying to execute Shipment summary action on an OTM shipment.

glog.genAI.enabled property is already set to true in OTM.

The OTM application is hosted in phoenix.

Shipment summary is a GenAI feature introduced in 26B of OTM, and the documentation reads as below.

"Connection to the large language model for your Shipment Summary usage is handled automatically as part of your upgrade or provisioning."

Then why is the above message coming?

Hi @User_GGBKI ,

glog.genAI.enabled=true is required, but it is not the only dependency. That property enables the GenAI feature in OTM; it does not itself provision the backend Fusion AI/LLM endpoint. The message “No Fusion AI endpoints are available” normally indicates that OTM is not able to find an available/provisioned Fusion AI endpoint

for that environment or pod. The documentation statement that the LLM connection is handled automatically means no customer-side LLM integration setup is expected, but the service-side Fusion AI endpoint still needs to be available for the environment.

Since your OTM instance is hosted in Phoenix and the property is already enabled, this looks like something Oracle Support should validate on the pod/provisioning side.
