Latest data changes are not reflecting in the OTBI Dashboard immediately

Hi All,

We are currently experiencing an issue with a Performance Goal OTBI Dashboard that has an embedded BIP report.

Specifically, updates to goal data, such as changes to an employee's goal weight, are not reflecting immediately. It often takes over an hour or requires a manual clearing of the BI Publisher Object Cache for the changes to appear.

Could you please advise on how we can ensure the Dashboard reflects these data changes in real time?
