Duties and Roles are required to see AI Agent Explorer in Oracle HCM?
I have not found any AI Agent roles that do that.

I suspect you are asking in the wrong forum…
Agent Explorer is a feature of Oracle Fusion, not part of AIDP. Can you confirm if you are using AIDP or your question is about Fusion? (HCM is a solution of Oracle Fusion)
If you aren't using AIDP, you should visit the forum in charge of the Fusion applications: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect
It's a parallel and independent forum covering all the Fusion topics, including Fusion AI agents and related topics.
