The Oracle-delivered Agent for Internal Mobility—specifically the Job Fit Advisor AI Agent in HCM—currently relies on three separate tools to retrieve employee talent profiles:
- OM_WORKHIST_TOOL
- OM_EMP_EDU_TOOL
- OM_EMP_SKILLS_TOOL
This proposal introduces a unified tool, ORA_TALENT_PROFILE_INFORMATION_TOOL, that consolidates these functionalities. The new tool will retrieve employees’ work history, education, and skills in a single call.
By replacing the three existing tools with one, the solution will reduce the agent’s operational load, simplify prompt structures, and improve overall efficiency. This consolidation is also expected to decrease the agent’s response time and enhance performance.
