For Step 3 of modifying a subject area, it would be helpful to have some indication if an item has been renamed (UI suggestions would be to place an asterisk or change the font color) and the ability to be able to find out the name of the column from the logical star (UI suggestions could be placing the original name in parentheses after the item name or in a tooltip).
