In AI Agent Studio, when I copy and use existing Agent Teams and try to test it shows " Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact the sysadmin."
I am on 26B release, Pls help to address this

You are asking about AI Agent Studio: do you mean the one in Fusion products and not related to AIDP?
If that's the case, you should visit the forum covering all the Fusion products, including AI Agent Studio, find the best matching category (they do have a lot of them, have a look at what would be the best match for your question), and post your question there.
