We are writing to share a suggestion for improvement regarding the extraction of absence data in Oracle Fusion HCM.
We have identified that in the base table ANC_PER_ABS_ENTRIES (according to the official documentation:
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/oedmh/ancperabsentries-13637.html), additional attributes are available via Descriptive Flexfields (DFF), which are very valuable for enriching the analysis of functional absence data.
However, upon reviewing the view available in BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector), specifically:
HcmTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.GlobalAbsencesAM.PersonAbsEntryPVO, we observed that these additional fields are not currently exposed.
In this regard, we would like to suggest the possible inclusion of these attributes (DFF) within the views available in BICC, as this would significantly expand the analytical and data exploitation capabilities of this connector.
