Hi Team,
We are implementing Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 2026 for our customer and plan to provide dashboard access through the Oracle Analytics Mobile application.
However, we noticed that the Oracle Analytics application available on the Google Play Store is displayed as "Oracle Analytics (Deprecated)".
We would like to clarify the following points:
- Is the Oracle Analytics Mobile application officially supported with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 2026 (26.1.x)?
- Why is the application marked as Deprecated in the Google Play Store?
- Will Oracle continue to provide support, bug fixes, and security updates for this mobile application?
- Is there a replacement mobile application recommended by Oracle for OAS 2026?
- If the application is deprecated, what is the recommended approach for accessing OAS dashboards from Android and iOS devices?
- Does Oracle recommend using only the mobile web browser instead of the Oracle Analytics Mobile application?
- Is there any official Oracle documentation regarding the deprecation and future roadmap of the Oracle Analytics Mobile application?
- If the current application remains supported, are there any additional configuration requirements for:
- Oracle Analytics Server 2026
- WebLogic 14c
- HTTPS
- SSO (Microsoft Active Directory)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Environment Details:
- Oracle Analytics Server: 26.1.x ( On-Prem)
- Operating System: Linux
- Authentication: Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP)
- SSO: Configured
- HTTPS: Enabled
- Mobile Platform: Android/IOS
- Customer Requirement: Secure mobile access with SSO and MFA
Observation:
The Google Play Store lists the application as "Oracle Analytics (Deprecated)", which raises concerns regarding its long-term support and suitability for production deployment.
Please confirm whether Oracle recommends using this application for OAS 2026 or if there is an alternative supported solution.
Thank you.
