Hi everyone,

I embedded a DV workbook into a Classic Dashboard using the standard "Embedded Content" component (via URL/Iframe). The dashboard renders and functions perfectly on desktop/laptop browsers. However, when users access this Classic Dashboard via iPad, especially in landscape mode, the embedded Iframe does not allow vertical touch scrolling. The content is truncated, and users cannot scroll down to view the rest of the DV workbook.

Any suggestions on how to fix these issues?

Scolling on iOS works a little differently to windows etc due to Webkit. One thing to look for is a tab of scrolling="no" in the iframe. Even if this is set to no, you can still use the mouse to scroll. Make sure it is set to yes. For iOS you need to set overflow-scrolling: touch. Here's an example

A more modern approach is to embed content using the OA JavaScript Embedding API. This handles fixing, mobile touch, etc automatically
