I am consistently getting a 502 Bad Gateway Error when trying to login to our instance. Wondering if this is unique to us or if there is something that we can do to fix it.

We've seen something similar before, although it may not be the same issue.
In our case, accessing the environment through a bookmarked URL sometimes resulted in login issues, whereas using the actual environment URL directly worked without any problems.
It might be worth trying that if you're currently using a bookmark.

What product are you using? Is it Oracle Analytics Cloud or some other cloud products (Fusion or something else)?

I am accessing the Oracle Analytics Cloud environment as a NSAW user. It is in production, and I am not the only one effected, it seems to go down sporadically (just happened again) for everyone, but not all the time.
I am accessing it through a bookmark, but it also didn't work with the direct environment URL.
I have also been experiencing general slowness lately as well when I am able to get in.

Since this is affecting multiple users, is happening intermittently in your Production environment, and you're also noticing general performance degradation, it sounds less likely to be a client-side or URL-related issue.
At this point, I'd recommend raising a Service Request with Oracle Support so they can investigate the intermittent 502 Bad Gateway errors and the overall slowness. Be sure to include details such as the approximate times the issue occurred, that it impacts multiple users and any screenshots or error messages you have, as this will help with their investigation.
Also, as you're using NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), you may find it helpful to post your question in the dedicated NSAW Community as well, where the product team and other NSAW users are active:
