After Upgrade from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9, if we deploy the same analytics res of 11.1.1.7.140527 in 11.1.1.9.0 will it work ?
Please note i am talking about skins and styles customization.

As for every major upgrade there is no guarantee that will work.
Oracle's suggestion is always to reapply the same custom changes to a style shipped with 11.1.1.9.0
