'Facility Name' exists in the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time multiple times with varying usage.

Job Requistion -> Job Requisition - Additional Details -> Facility Name

Job Requistion -> Location -> Facility Name

Is there any reason why these two Facility Names would not exist in the Recruiting - Real Time Events subject area?

The second Facility does not exist in the events subject area. Is this a setup issue that our Admins can address?

I would first verify whether the 'Facility Name' referenced in the question is a standard attribute or a configured/custom attribute in that particular environment.

I checked a 26C environment and could not find 'Facility Name' exposed as a logical column in either 'Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time' or 'Recruiting - Real Time Events'. Based on this, it is possible that the Facility Name referenced in the original question is environment/configuration-specific, potentially a flexfield or another configured attribute.

However, I would not conclude that this is necessarily a setup issue.

The two subject areas have different purposes and grains, and an attribute being available in 'Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time' does not necessarily mean that the same attribute will also be exposed in 'Recruiting - Real Time Events'. Therefore, the absence of the second Facility Name from the Events subject area could simply be a limitation of the subject area rather than something an administrator can enable through configuration.

I would recommend checking the underlying logical column/metadata for the Facility Name in the environment first, particularly to determine whether it is a standard attribute or a DFF/EFF/custom attribute. Once that is established, it should be easier to determine whether the attribute is expected to be available in the Real Time Events subject area.

So, in summary, I think it is reasonable to investigate whether this is a configured/flexfield attribute, but I would not consider it confirmed to be a DFF or a setup issue based on the information provided.
