We propose a new enhancement that provides comprehensive visibility into AI Agent interactions by capturing username or Person ID of employee who has used AI Agents and response data. This enhancement would enable tracking of the employees who access or utilize AI Agents, including key identifiers such as employee username and Person ID. Additionally, it would record the questions, prompts, or requests submitted by users, along with the corresponding responses generated by the AI Agent and the associated timestamps. By making these interaction details available, the organization can gain deeper insights into how AI Agents are being used in real-world scenarios, assess the quality and relevance of AI-generated responses, identify common user needs and trends, support governance and audit requirements, and drive continuous improvements to the AI Agents. Overall, this enhancement will provide valuable analytics and operational insights, helping stakeholders better understand AI Agent behavior, adoption patterns, and real-time response effectiveness.
