How are OAC AI Agent tokens charged as AIDP units, and what guardrails control model usage?

Hi everyone, with the July patch changes, could someone clarify how OAC AI Agent tokens are being mapped/used as AIDP units for chargeback purposes?

Specifically:

What’s the charging model now (e.g., how tokens translate into AIDP units, and what gets counted)?
What guardrails are in place (or recommended) to control usage and cost (quotas/limits, monitoring, approvals, budget alerts, etc.)?
How we can select the models on which we want to run our OAC AI Agents.
