USING DELTA AS SELECT (CTAS) statement in an AIDP Spark notebook or job, the command finishes with status OK (or Finished), but subsequent SELECT, COUNT(*), or downstream join operations immediately fail with [TABLE_OR_VIEW_NOT_FOUND] or [DELTA_TABLE_NOT_FOUND].
Investigation indicates that the table is registered in the catalog pointing to an unexpected or inconsistent storage location, or the metastore pointer is failing to commit the actual storage path where the Delta transaction log was written.
