To Avoid the Null or "0" value columns from a Pivot Table View?

Hello Team,

While building a Pivot Table view for my report, 2 out of the 4 metric columns contain completely null values. I'm looking for a way to automatically exclude or hide metric columns whenever they are entirely null or zero. Could you please advise on how to achieve this?

Forcing NULL may work - in my experience suppression often only removes true nulls, so a column full of 0s will still show. Check whether the metric has an IFNULL(…, 0) in its formula, or whether the source returns 0 rather than null. To convert zeros to nulls in the column formula try this

CASE WHEN "Fact"."Metric" = 0 THEN NULL ELSE "Fact"."Metric" END

Already those options are unchecked. Even though it is not working could you please suggest any other way.

Hi @User_IUZ26

If you’re using classic analysis, go to the Results tab, open the pivot table's View Properties, and make sure include columns with only Null values is unticked.
