A new feature release allows ADW/AIL synonyms to be managed within the AIDP catalog. I have added an ADW as an external catalog, but none of my synonyms appear in the catalog, nor can they be queried directly from a Spark notebook. Is there a specific feature or setting required to enable this functionality?
I’ve confirmed that the user who created the external catalog is also the owner of the synonyms (which are non-public). For reference, my ADW source is connected via FDI and I am using the oax_user account. I expected to see all managed DW_% synonyms. Additionally, I manually created a synonym and refreshed the catalog metadata, but the objects still do not appear.
