I have noticed that some of the ideas are posted on idea lab after a concluding a SR with support with the suggestion for the issue to be raised as enhancement request on idea lab. As it is something that have already gone through Oracle assessment it shouldn't require more votes for it to be considered. A flag to identify that the idea is a outcome of pre-assessed SR would allow Oracle product team to prioritise these ideas.
