Oracle AI and Analytics

Hello Experts,

We are trying to utilize the "Personal Information Assistant" seeded agent in a workflow however while debugging it is not retrieving the desired information. It just keeps responding "I have your user information. How can I assist with your personal information today?" even after providing with either Person name or person number. We did use this agent from the old UI and it is working fine. Has anyone experienced such an issue? If so, what were the steps to resolve the issue in the AI agent studio in 26C?
