I want to change login and home page "Oracle Business Intelligence" logo. However, cound not find correct path to change it on obiee 12. Can you help me if you know please?

Just a quick not: you don't change the logo just on the logic and home page but it's a global change (except if you start mixing styles and having a second one for your dashboards with a different logo again, but it get complicated for nothing).
And even if the solution can look like a lot of work for just a logo it's good to know the time you spend not customizing correctly is 10 times less than the time you will spend in the next 2 years re-changing the logo again and again every time it revert back to the original one if you "hack" the thing by replacing a random file into your BI install.

Sorry For my late answer:( I completed All the steps however it changed 12c view to 11g. Why it happened like that ? Can you redirect ne about what to do?

Not sure what you mean exactly. You'll need to be more specific.
Custom style/skin had a little issue in 12.2.1.0 and 12.2.1.1 since - as in most 11 versions - the s_/sk_ folders were subsets rather than full versions and went to search in other folders so you had to merge folders first to create your own stand-alone one.
With 12.2.1.2 this should be fine for both analyticsRes and ear approaches. With regards to what to do I suggest you look at Gianni's posts:

Christian already pointed out the possible issue ...
First: what exact version of OBIEE? (please don't say 12.2.1.0.0 ! )
Second: what style do you want to customize? Alta? (the new white one) Did you performed the steps about extracting analytics.ear to get the Alta files and put these files instead of the default s_Custom from the template file?
Can post just a screenshot of your OBIEE now to see how it looks like? (to find out if you are on Skyros, Fusion or something else)
