Export to Excel2007 with wrong time result after installation of patch 11.1.1.7.150120

Question

Hi Experts:

We used 11.1.1.7.140415 version before and we have updated to 11.1.1.7.150120 last week.We found some problems when exporting excel2007 in this new version.

We set timezone (GMT +08:00) as default in intanceconfig.xml. After that,for example, 2013-04-25 16:38:49 displayed in report, then we changed timezone in my account to (GMT +10:00), then refresh the report shows 2013-04-25 18:38:49,then we export to Excel 2003,It shows 2013-04-25 18:38:49 with (GMT +10:00) ,but when we export to Excel 2007,It still shows 2013-04-25 16:38:49 with (GMT +08:00), I think it's not the right result.we want the same result like excel2003 after we change the timezone. I promised both 2003 and 2007 work fine in 11.1.1.7.140415.

Did anybody with the same problem like me, thanks a lot.

Thanks FTisiot, we didn't use an IBot ,After we changed the tiemezone to GMT(+10:00) in my account, We use the manual export function of the report. But we got right time result GMT(+10:00) with excel 2003,but incorrect time result GMT(+08:00) with excel 2007. thanks.

Are you exporting manually or are you using an iBot? if using the iBot are you setting a particular user there that is not the one with the correct timezone?
