Device (dashboard) is not set in (user) delivery profile - OBIEE 12C

Question

I am trying to send an analysis report via agent, buy when I run the agent I get an error:

"Device (dashboard) is not set in (user) delivery profile".

Can someone explain what this error means?

From the error message it looks like your report is set to deliver to users(OBIEE and non-OBIEE) and post an Alert on the user's Home Page in OBI which is saved in OBIEE users My Folder,but for non OBIEE user there is no Dashboard Profile hence the error.

So the question is do you have report being delivered to non-OBIEE users?
