MAD Cache issue (BI-MAD 11g)

Hi,

I have Mobile App and using data model as source and enable document level cache for 12hr, and DB get refresh on daily basis.

Problem:-

1)Mobile App show stale data for by default filter and while applying filter it does show updated data.

Details:-

1) Data model shows latest data.

2) Using logical query in Data sets.

3) I purged cache from Oracle BI Presentation Service--> subject area meta data cache. still shows stale data.

Any idea how to get rid of this ? or it show latest data as soon as new data is available.

Note: After each load OBIEE cache get purge.

    The document is cached when you use the app for the first time.  This is when the 'Caching Duration' starts.

    For example, if you execute the mobile app for the first time at 4 PM with a 'Caching Duration' limit of 12 hrs,

    the document will be placed in the cache at 4 PM and remains there till 4 AM , so now we reduced time to 30 min and app popping up refresh data. (MAD 11g has lot of bug)
