OBIEE 11g EM credintials

Hi

We have OBIEE 11g installed by our previous colleague who is no longer with us,

m trying to start one of  our env. and he shared credentials to login but looks like they are/were not correct , so i can start those services up and i can have obieeServer:7001/em come up , but i can't login due to incorrect info.

So is there way to reset or trace back so i can login and pwd, so that will help me start all other services that currently not running
