I need Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.151020 64 bit admin tool for desktop.
I tried to find out in oracle site but was unable to find this version.
Please share the link to download.

You take the problem from the wrong side ...
If you need that version of Admintool it means you have a server with that version. So the admintool on the server is the perfect one you look for.
In 11.1.1.7 the .exe is on the OBIEE server itself, just take it from there and problem solved.
Just to add to what Gianni said, you can find the Admin Tool on your OBIEE Server at following location <MIDDLE WARE HOME>\Oracle_BI1\clients\biserver

I think you won't get BI 11g Client download separately on Oracle websites or e-delivery like 12c Client tools.

On the Oracle sites you probably find only the 11.1.1.7.0 version (or 11.1.1.7.1 maybe), but then the one related to a given bundle patch is inside the bundle patch. If you download and extract the bundle patch you will also find it there inside.
