Unknown "inconsistency" in RPD for SampleApp Connection Pool in 11.1.1.9

I just upgraded my OBIEE system from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9.  The Connection Pool associated with SampleApp is generating this Warning in the consistency checker:

ADF Database 02 - SampleApp Xml Data has a Connection Pool SampleApp XML Connection that contains non xml inconsistenecies.  (Their misspelling, not mine.)

The only two tabs that are selectable on the dialog for that connection pool look like this:

The Data source name appears to be correct (i.e. repository variable exists, the path exists, and data exists in that folder.), and nothing else looks odd to me.

Any ideas what the consistency checker is fussing about?
