Catalog manager XML Reader error - anybody experienced this?

Hi all, does anybody have any experience with this error on screeshot? This is not a first time it happend to me. Last time I had quite fresh backup so I applied and all was fixed but not this time. Any hint is apreciated.

The hard restart of whole server fixed the problem.
