SMTP service for BI12c issue

Hello all,
We have configured the smtp server details in em and restarted services multiple times. But those values not reflected in schedulerconfig.xml. Also the agent fails with error. Thank you very much

Your changes aren't getting written to the file unless you apply them and restart the components.
