Runcat command

Question

When I run a below command I only get to see an error has occurred but I was not able to trace the log. Could you please help look into at and suggest what could be the possible mistakes ?

runcat.cmd -cmd report -offline "E:\PV12CEnv\user_projects\domains\bi\bidata\service_instances\ssi\metadata\content\catalog"  -outputFile "E:\Test.txt" -delimiter "	" -folder "/shared/PVSales" -type Analysis -fields "Name:Path:Created:Accessed"

On the command prompt it says an error as occurred and

the log file is X:\XXXX\user_projects\domains\bi\servers\obips1	mp\catalogmanager\Thu072020 17-33143.65\1500535909243.log.

but the tmp/catalogmanager folder is empty.

I have observed that when the command runs, the log file does get created but gets disappeared within a second.

How do I troubleshoot this issue ?

Maybe you need to go one level down in the catalog path so that you're in the folder that has the "root" folder as a sub folder - just checking...
