I have developed a simple mapping dashboard using Oracle's maps and OBIEE 12c, but I am missing something: how do I promote the map metadata to a different database so it is usable by another instance of OBIEE? I have exported and imported from MapBuilder, and populated the sdo_* tables. But I am getting errors trying to use the maps in the new OBIEE instance. I have looked and been unable to find documentation or instructions addressing this. Can someone point me to such information or perhaps list the steps necessary?
