It seems that Oracle tend to listen more to this kind of requests when you are a huge client paying tons of $$$ in licenses with plans to pay even more. In that kind of process of course most of us doesn't weight a lot, so any alternative approach giving some weight to others too is welcome.

For one of the SR's I raised the rep assigned to it was called Nissu (or something similar) which pretty much read as 'An Issue'
