nqsserver.exe has stopped working Error in OBIEE 12c

Question

Hi All,

Recently I have been seeing this message when i start the OBIEE services, Expect BI server all servers start up, forcing starting the BI server  works but not able to login to Analytics (Authentication Error).

Help needed ASAP
