Hi Everyone,

Could you please help in finding the solution for the below error.

We are getting below error while running report from user machine. The underlying reports are fetching from MS SQL server and the environment is cluster env.

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)

State: HY000. Code: 12010. [nQSError: 12010] Communication error connecting to remote end point: address = obiprd1XXX.XXXXX.com; port = 9514. (HY000)

User is able to run the report with default prompt value, when they change prompt value and apply it on dashboard, we are getting above error.
