Hello,

I have a problem on OBIEE Publisher 11.1.1.9. The problem occurred this morning. Daily jobs are started to run, bot never ends. Hours and hours state is runnig and does not change! But can be the cause of this problem? Do you have any idea?

    Hi,

    I will answer you with a question: are the jobs over? Because if they are in a running state (how long doesn't matter) and they aren't over there is not problem at all and everything works as designed.

    If it's not just inefficient queries and this has run before in a better fashion - kill and restart and then test.

    We tried all possible soluitons, purge obiee cache, restart all obiee services but nothing works! Still, jobs are running state (after 15 hours). When I try to cancel, the state is coming to 'Canceling' but not go for 'Canceled'. In normal routine, job works in 5 minutes successfully.

    Check the state of the row in the underlying database schema for your BIP jobs.
