Unable to see users in OBIEE weblogic console 12.2.1.2

Using an admin account, I cannot see the list of users in the security realm in the console application.

They are in there and were created using the same account and were visible earlier but have suddenly disappeared from view.

Is there any fix to this?

    Yes they can all log in and if I try to add a userid that exists, I get a message stating that the user exists.

    Can you login as any of the missing users?

    Have you maybe got a filter set on the WebLogic User page:

    yes.. I can log in as a missing user. I added a user after this issue, using the same admin account and I still could not see the user.

    Click on the screen shot above attached . In the right side Joel Acha marked with RED a area used to  filter users. Check in your environemnt to see if you have any filters ?
