Act as is not working Properly

Hi All,

I am configured ACT as in OBIEE 11g in our Dev and QA Environment,And we have inserting the user details in Proxy table using OBIEE analysis and performing act as.

My issue is after adding the user in the proxy table and log in using act as with the user i added,for the first time it works fine but after some time  Button will be Disable from the front end.

Hope you all understand i am trying to do

could it be related to:

Have you looked at the BI server logs to see if there are any query logs relating to this issue?
