Internal Server Error for a User

Question

Hi,

We have a typical problem where we have granted the user the right access group (HR BI Author) and also have added the user in the Dashboard access as Custom privileges for a BI Publisher Report, but when the user clicks on the Dashboard and the BI Publisher report gives a Error. Not able to understand what is the issue.

Quick help will be appreciated.

First clue.. start with your log.. adminserver.log..biserver1.log..  .. and just copy and paste when the issue starts..

With an Error 500 you are going to need to dig through the log files for the cause....

Are you sure the presentation server and http is running?
