Hi all,

And they said obiee 12c was easier to install than 11g!!!
I have finally got obiee configured on one node and I have since attempted to scale to another server using the following guide:

https://www.peakindicators.com/blog/installing-an-oracle-bi-12c-cluster

Everything ran smoothly until step 12 where it failed creating the .jar file.
Unfortunately, I ran this command 5 or 6 times trying different paths, names etc and then realised that it had actually created 5 extra bi servers.
I then worked out that I can run the pack.cmd file to create the .jar file manually, copied this across to the 2nd node, unpacked it, ran the sync_midtier_db.cmd and thought everything was ok until I started EM and noticed that were now 6 bi servers.

I cannot for the life of me work out how to get rid of the extra 5. I have tried using the bi_delete_machine.cmd but it doesn't seem to remove them from the FMWconfig/servers directory.
Either way, I still can't get the bi_clone_machine to work so I have no idea what to do from here.

Is it easier to just deinstall apps from both servers and start again?
I'm concerned that if I do that, i'll just end up in the same place again.

Any advice would be amazing!!!
Thanks in advance,
Adam
