BI server down due to RPD inconsitancy

Dears,
We seems to have consistency issues in RPD and now BI server is not up and we are unable to login. Unfortunately we made several changes (even i dont remember all of them) online and now datamodel.sh is not able to download RPD . ... Is there anything we can do it?

Restore a backup and you are fine ...
And remember to not work online if you aren't sure of what you are doing (and documenting it a bit ...).
You maybe also want to go through the logs to just make sure if your issue is in the RPD or maybe something else (how did the system go down? When working online it doesn't shut it down, so something or somebody stopped BI at some point).

when we made some changes and saved RPD and restarted. BI server going down.
Which backup? I have one RPD downloaded few weeks ago , But we fixed some issues online ..

is there any option to get an offline copy of the same failed RPD, so that we can fix the issues

Why did you restart if you were working online? That's the thing with working online, changes are done "online".

The one you do daily or weekly as part of your BI solution backup strategy... (it's an enterprise analytical platform and not Excel, as such you generally have a backup strategy in place for when these things happen)

So you made changes which take your server down and without having backups? Let me follow this thread...

Well it depends...what exact version? That's information which normally goes into the first phrase of the question you post.

It's not clear what you did and how you did it (online not requiring any restart but you "saved RPD and restarted"), you didn't say if you checked the logs and what they report. You are not trying to find a RPD but your system is down.
Aren't you just running desperately in all the directions without analysing things first and then take actions to fix things one by one?
datamodel.sh/cmd can't work if OBIEE is down, so look at your logs and clearly identify why your OBIEE is down.
If you don't have any backup in place be ready to lose all the changes you did on your system in the last weeks (depending how old is the RPD you have around). You were working in a wrong way without any safety net: you took a risk, you lost, you pay the price. Sorry but it happens ...

I restarted BI server just because i made some join changes online. In older version there were issues when we change a join online and it will not reflect in front end. So i just restarted the BI server and presentation server. Usually when there is a consistency issue RPD will not get saved after consistency check. Here it didnt show any issues by then
