Issue with Complex joins while merging RPD back to MUD

Hello All,
We are facing issue when merging a project to MUD. The merge throws a error with a Complex join name cannot be resolved and reverts back to the earlier version.
If we resolve this particular join to a equi-join, then we get error on another Complex join. Has anyone encountered similar error while merging RPD? Could not find anything related to issue in merging Complex joins. Please assist.
This specifically happens when we extract Project from our DEV MUD and try to Merge it with MUD SIT/UAT.
OBIEE Version: 11.1.1.9
