ERROR when refreshing OBIEE

Hi all,

We are currently using OBIEE 11.1.1.7 and utilising SSO authenticating using an LDAP directory.
About 6 months ago, we noticed a strange error whereby sometimes if you opened the OBIEE URL, you would face the following error:

If you hit refresh, OBIEE will load as expected.
After some more investigation, it seems to be some sort of timeout issue where if you leave OBIEE unattended for a certain time frame and either hit refresh on an existing window, or attempt to open a new window, it will error. It will not error if you continuously hit refresh.

Has anyone seen anything similar?
