OBIEE KPI and Score card Thresholds are not matching

Hello every one,

Am working on scorecard designs in OBIEE 12C. I have created multiple KPI's defined as % of target where % of target  is greater than 90% then it is green when % of target  between 80% and 90% then it is in yellow when % of target  is less than 80% it should be in red color. The score of KPI is also set to use percent of target. so the KPI threshold and the Score calculation results should be same.

When displaying scorecard strategy tree for the same KPI the score result is 87.71 where the color should be in yellow color according to the KPI design but it is in green color in strategy tree.

Not able to understand the threshold behavior of scorecard, could some one please clarify me this to understand it.
