OBIEE12.2.1.3 upgrade - Encountered with java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade OBIEE from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.3 in windows servers. We have followed below oracle documentation to upgrade domain.

OBIEE 12c: Quick Reference For Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise 12c Upgrade From 12.2.1 to 12.2.1.x (Doc ID 2153433.1)

OBIEE 12.2.1.3 is failing in reconfiguration wizard with "CFGFWK-64254 java.lang.Exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded".

I see there is a oracle documentation on this bus but it didn't helped me.

Have you seen this? Have you checked the certification matrix? Also, this systems requirements & specifications document specifies hardware requirements.
