Hi all,

In my project, there was a migration activity happened from R12 to R13 (oracle applications cloud). After migration, the services of BI were bounced (Raised ORACLE SR).

We are not able to do any activity related to OTBI (BI Publisher part). OTBI Release version is R13. OBIEE version is 11.1.1.9

1. Unable to create Data model (showing blank page).

2. Not allowing to create report or saving existing report.

What causes these issues and how to resolve these?

    Hard to say. These cloud things are so black-boxed it's difficult to know just WHAT they touched. Let alone WHY.

    Basically you gotta ask Oracle just what the flippin' mickeys they changed

    Raise an Oracle Service Request (SR) via My Oracle Support describing what you describe above.

    Make it priority 1 - total loss of service.

    Provide liberal screenshots proving exactly what you said above.
