Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.7 (Santiago)

DB Oracle 11.2.0.4
I installed patch p23703041_111170_Linux-x86-64.zip following by readme. Opatch lsinventory said that all patches installed succesfully. But after reboot of server I notice that http://my_host:9704/analytics and http://my_host:9704/xmlpserver doesn't work,

Login to the WLS Console and check :
- the Managed Server state is RUNNING
- the Application Deployment "analytics" is running
Checking OPMN: listening on port 9500 9501 [ OK ]
Some OPMN-managed BI Components are not running [WARNING]
